Shipping to Europe

CollectioNerd-Shop use several of major couriers, such as: UPS, DHL, DPD and GLS. The choice of courier is at CollectioNerd's discretion and depends on the characteristics of the order.

All shipments are made directly from our warehouse located in Italy, therefore without the risk of incurring customs fees.

Shipping cost

The shipping's cost depends on the country of destination.

Select your country from the menu above and the cost of shipping will be indicated on the pages of each item.

Order management times

CollectioNerd-Shop has a large assortment of items that can have different lead times.

The handling times are indicated in the description of each article. If you order items with different shipping times, the order will be processed with the slowest product shipping times.

Delivery time

Delivery times usually take between 3 and 5 working days.

In remote areas it may take a few more days, usually 7 to 10 business days.

Delivery times are indicative and may be delayed in conjunction with particular circumstances independent of the work of CollectioNerd-Shop, for example: holidays, strikes in the transport sector, Black Friday.

Note:

• Delivery times are not to be confused with order management times
• We do not ship to European islands such as: Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Cyprus, etc...

Packaging and delivery instructions

We know the value of the items we ship, therefore each order is packed with the utmost care, in boxes suitable for the volume and weight of the objects and with the help of filling material to protect the contents.

Items that have sturdy brown box, such as large statues, are shipped directly in their box.

Upon delivery of the order, it is good practice to check that the package is not altered, that it therefore has no signs of damage (even slight) and / or tampering. If the box is not in perfect condition, the customer must notify the courier and affix the words "I accept with reserve" indicating the reason. Subsequently, the customer must communicate the problem encountered to CollectioNerd-Shop.
